Atomic Force Microscopes for Nanoparticle Characterization

With an Atomic Force Microscope, you can directly visualize nanoparticles. All that's required for measuring nanoparticles with an AFM is that they are adhered to a surface. You can also use an AFM to measure particle size distributions when particles are < 5 nm diameter, determine nanoparticle geometry, and more.
