Summary
There are several advantages to assembling your own AFM. By assembling the AFM you will gain an intimate knowledge of its design and will be able to fully utilize its features and benefits. Additionally, you can repair the unit if necessary. The entire microscope takes about 10 hours to assemble. We offer workshops several times per year to help with the construction of the microscope.

Once assembled, the TT-AFM kit has all of the features and capabilities of the factory assembled TT-AFM.
