The  removable probe carrier for the TT-AFM includes an AFM probe holding chip, a vibrating-mode dither piezo and an integrated PC board with  the necessary electrical connections. The probe carrier chip fits into the bottom of the TT-AFM light lever sensor. This option includes the probe replacement fixture that is used for putting new probes into the microscope.
