The 15 micron scanner is interchangeable with the 50 micron scanner in the TT-AFM. With a small XY and Z range the 15 micron scanner is ideal for measuring nano-structures with dimensions that are less than 50 nm. The 15 micron scanner is linearized in the X and Y axis.

1 and 4 nanometer nanoparticles are resolved in this 500 nm X 500 nm image measured with the 15 micron scanner.
